The Music Store
The heart of the campus is the Sweetwater Music Store, the largest on-site music shop in the country.

It includes specialty spaces like the Guitar Gallery, Drum Room, and Orchestra Gallery, with demo rooms where you can test instruments and gear from nearly 1,000 brands.
Campus Tours

Free guided tours give a look behind the scenes at Sweetwater’s distribution center, recording studios, and performance theater.
One highlight is the two-story slide that visitors can ride during the tour.
Dining Options
The Downbeat Diner serves made-from-scratch meals, while Crescendo Café offers coffee and baked goods. Guests can also catch live lunchtime music at the Crescendo Club.
Live Events

Sweetwater regularly hosts performances, from national touring acts in its outdoor pavilion to themed experiences such as guitar workshops, anime music shows, and “live lunch” sessions.
The Arcade
For a break from shopping, there’s an arcade with classic games to enjoy.

Sweetwater’s biggest annual celebration, GearFest, returns in 2026 with special pricing, product demos, and live performances.
