Digital Products

Non-Refundable: All digital products, once downloaded, are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of digital goods. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.

Exceptions: Refunds for digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is defective or has not been downloaded. Customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase to qualify.

SAAS Software Subscriptions

Cancellation and Refunds: Subscriptions to our SAAS software can be cancelled at any time. Customers are eligible for refunds within the first 30 days of subscription or renewal, subject to specific terms related to the product.

Pro-Rated Refunds: Beyond the initial 30-day period, refunds may be provided on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the subscription, depending on the specific product terms.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed.
  3. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
